• How do I change my membership info?

    You may change your membership information after you log in. Then, go to [My page] > [Account] > [My profile].

  • How do I end my membership?

    Please go to [My page] > [1:1 Contact] board to request membership cancellation. Cancellation takes up to 5 business days.


  • How can I become a member?

    To become a member, please click on Log In in the upper right corner of the home page and then click on [Sign up].


  • How can I request an exchange or a refund?

    After the package ships, we do not permit exchanges or refunds for customers who change their minds.

    For customers who receive an incorrect item, it can be exchanged or refunded anytime.


    ① We will refund items that are returned due to issues during shipping or at customs, minus shipping fees. 

    ② We will gladly exchange any severely damaged items when the customer provides photos of the damaged item via the members-only [My page] > [1:1 Contact] board or the [Inquiry] board board for non-members for verification.


    Items that are returned without a written request to customer service cannot be exchanged or refunded.


    For all other inquiries, please contact the customer service center via the members-only [My page] > [1:1 Contact] board or the [Inquiry] board for non-members.

  • How long does shipping take?

    It takes 3–7 days on average and includes tracking.


    Please note that each country has unique circumstances, so deliveries may take longer than the average delivery period mentioned above.


  • How is shipping charged?

    Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the order. 

    Please note that shipping fees vary by country.


    Customs surcharges and VAT are not included in your order total. 

    These fees may be charged directly by the Customs Office in the destination country.

  • How can I change my order after it is placed?

    If the product you ordered is “In preparation,” you can only change any item in your order for another of equal price. Members may go to [My page] > [1:1 Contact] board and non-members can go to the general [Inquiry] board at the bottom of the page to request a change.


  • How can I cancel my order before the item is shipped?

    • ② Non-members can request an order cancellation via general [Inquiry] board at the bottom of the page. 

     

    Cancellation is available only before shipment begins; after the order ships, we cannot exchange or refund your purchase.


  • Can non-members place orders?

    Yes, non-members can place orders, too!

    Non-members can check their order details by typing in the order number that was created at the time of order, the password, and the name on the order.

  • When will out-of-stock issues be restocked?
