After the package ships, we do not permit exchanges or refunds for customers who change their minds.
For customers who receive an incorrect item, it can be exchanged or refunded anytime.
① For customers who choose air mail (K-Packet), we cannot exchange or refund any lost or damaged items.
② For customers who choose express mail (EMS, DHL), we will refund items that are returned due to issues during shipping or at customs, minus shipping fees.
③ For customers who choose express mail (EMS, DHL), we will gladly exchange any severely damaged items when the customer provides photos of the damaged item via the members-only [My page] > [1:1 Contact] board or the [Inquiry] board board for non-members for verification.
Items that are returned without a written request to customer service cannot be exchanged or refunded.
